Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite ERP

We use Infor as the main ERP and sales platform for our company. It made management of sales and inventory much easier. We have found that allowing the sales team to use Infor for sales of both used and new equipment has assisted in getting the right product to the right customer without having to call and find the equipment. Overall, it has been a major net positive on the business.

  • Helps keeping inventory of new equipment up to date
  • really helps with a location to search used inventory
There are some places where the needed permissions to administrate are kind of all over the place, but the end user side of the software has been very good. The new implementation of process mining is going to fill in the gaps where I have found we could improve. Its important that software like this keeps growing, and Infor does.
I think they all offer different things, but depending on the industry you need Infor can touch and be used for most of them.
