Overall Satisfaction with Infor M3 (formerly Lawson Intentia)

Our whole organization uses Infor M3 (formerly Lawson Intentia). We use it to view paychecks, W-2, print, get contact information for benefits staff, payroll staff, etc.

Pros

  • It can be accessed from home.
  • We can view paychecks.

Cons

  • It can take too long to log in from home.
  • I cannot print paychecks / W-2 from outside work.
  • I wish Infor M3 (formerly Lawson Intentia) were more detailed. But, this actually may be a weakness of my employer and not Infor M3 (formerly Lawson Intentia).
I am a user, I did not participate in selecting, though I am satisfied with Infor M3 (formerly Lawson Intentia).
  • It is excellent when you are at work.
  • If not at work - you can only view. I cannot access it from the phone.
