Overall Satisfaction with Informatica Cloud MDM - Customer 360 for Salesforce

It is centralized to one department but the outcome data is deployed to numerous departments. It provides data cleansing updates quickly into numerous applications.

Cost is lower using Informatica Cloud MDM compared to others. Usability is about the same; support is better with the other two. If using Microsoft products, integration to Azure is seamless. AWS has hiccups but potential is there.

Overall MDM gives us what we need and has shown an ability to grow with our expanding data model. The import and export functions combined with the DQ settings. Data governance aspect is helpful.
