Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

It is being used by IT for phishing simulation, and now, by our Dev group for SecOps training.
  • Many different phishing templates are available, so the person next to you can't confirm "that's a phish."
  • Scheduling options for campaigns are great to send emails over the course of a week or month.
  • If you are not fully on Outlook, you may not find support for all of your platforms with the Phish Notify plugin. Forwarded emails can trigger false phishes.
  • We have raised security awareness at our company.
If you can use a web page you can use InfoSec IQ software. Even during the initial setup, the software guides you through the process of integrating with your existing systems and then runs checks to make sure you did it correctly.
Our account manager reaches out regularly to check-in and makes sure we are getting value from the product. And, this isn't a meeting just to try and sell more licenses either. Your account manager is looking to help you integrate the software into your culture and get value for your company.

InfoSec IQ is a great tool for rolling out security awareness training, employee onboarding, technical certification training, and running simulations with your users. From a security perspective, you can gather meaningful data about your user population and then make informed decisions regarding what training is most needed and/or appropriate for them.
