Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Infosec IQ is used across the organization to deliver security training to personnel company-wide. This is a regulatory requirement, but even regardless the regulations should be implemented at any SaaS company, particularly those that deal with PII (Personal Information). Thus, Infosec addresses (1) compliance with regulatory requirements; (2) personnel training on Infosec issues; and (3) building compliance and aware security culture within the company. It is used by Legal/Compliance department for reporting and tracking purposes, and implemented for use by IT department.
  • Interactive learning - helps getting through the training
  • Diverse content - covers various infosec topics
  • Reporting - helps with tracking and regulatory evidence of meeting the requirements
  • The system is not 100% user friendly, took a whole to understand how to run reports
  • Reporting
  • Phishing campaign testing
  • Diversity of the content of training presentations
  • Infosec checks the boxes for a number of cybersecurity initiatives that would have costed more if they had been implemented manually without a vendor software
  • Infosec streamlined regulatory compliance with training
I personally have not evaluated any other products, but our IT has looked at some competitors and concluded Infosec was the best cost v. benefit.

Infosec is best suited whether a company is seeking to introduce general security training and awareness program for the employees. It can be regulated business, such as financial services company, or non-regulated business.
Infosec is less suitable for cases where someone is looking for specific knowledge on more complex topics like GDPR requirements, for instance.
