Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec IQ primarily for phishing simulation tests of our employees and training. Security is paramount in the banking industry and our users are out first line of defense so we want them well trained on identifying phishing emails. When someone clicks on a simulated phishing email, we assign them training through Infosec IQ as well to further their education. We also schedule annual training for all employees. We use both the simulated phishing emails and training for all staff.

Infosec IQ has better, more realistic simulated phishing emails. The training modules are similar, no clear winner there. I like the post-click landing pages from KnowBe4 better.
