Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec IQ here for our phishing campaigns and training to help limit the risk of security issues related to spam and credential phishing emails. This tool gives us the insight to provide necessary training to those in the company who are not so security minded and provide a metric we can show clients to help with compliance.
- Phishing campaign is easy to set up and use
- Providing training modules is easy for offenders to brush up on skills
- Provides peace of mind and an easy way to submit suspected phishing emails to our ticketing system for review
- I'd like to see more offerings to take advantage of as a backup for protection
- Faster support responses when issues do arise
- More integration with other systems for better supportability
- Phish Notify
- Phishing campaign scheduling
- Automation and offender training
- We see far fewer clicks than we used to
- employees are helping identify spam quickly with Phish Notify
- Re-training is easier to provide and happening less and less
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
With Microsoft Office, we had more issues than Microsoft could handle. With Infosec IQ working alongside Microsoft, we are able to catch a lot more and block even more.
