Overall Satisfaction with Predictive Playbooks

We use InsideSales to reach clients and InsideSales helps with efficiency in doing so
  • You just have to click and dial as opposed to manually dialing the number
  • There's voice mails in place that we have already recorded to send to each individual client if they do not pick up.
  • We can easily send emails without typing them up because emails are already pre-loaded.
  • Loading clients quickly to the play.
  • Sometimes there is a lag when switching to the next call
  • Overall InsideSales allows us to reach more clients throughout the course of each day
  • We can send emails quicker when trying to reach a client if we have not through our initial phone call
Predictive insights are extremely helpful because that indicates to us whom to ask for so we are not calling the client more then we should.
Sales intelligence gives us an idea about whom the client is so when we call we can build immediate rapport with the client.
It promotes ease of use because the browser gives us an idea of what we need to look at specifically so the client knows we are calling with purpose when we speak about information that will be relevant to them
InsideSales is well suited when reaching clients. Prior to InsideSales we had to manually dial the numbers for our clients in order to reach them. Now it is just a simple press of a button.
