Overall Satisfaction

  • It's a centralized portal for account intelligence. It provides aggregated data on companies including key financial data, but also company news regarding things like new product releases, acquisitions, new hires, etc.
  • The contacts tab provides a list of people at the company sorted by function.
  • One of the useful features is the ability to build a "watch list". I can flag individual companies or job titles or other keywords, and the system automatically tracks these and sends me a daily email feed with updates.
  • Integration with the CRM system (in our case Salesforce) is very useful as I can import dat directly into the Account tab in SF.
  • Provide current contact information. The contact information for people working at specific companies is not reliable. I have to double-check each contact against LinkedIn and it often turns out that the job title is wrong, or the person has moved on. This is a major inconvenience. It would be much better if the system were fully integrated with LinkedIn so that this data was more accurate.
  • New business with named accounts.
Don't think it is being used enough. we still go to LinkedIn for primary information.
Need better and more current contact info, and need better contact filtering.

Product Usage

6 - Sales and Marketing.
1 - Sales engineer and admin.
  • Sales hunting efforts.

Evaluation and Selection

No - We selected it because we wanted more intelligence on our Named Account acquisition efforts.

Training

  • In-person training
She was fine, but we only had one session.

Support

Haven't had to use them.
No - Don't use it enough today.

Usability

i like that it is embedded directly into SF.com, however because I have to double check contacts in LinkedIn, I waste time going from one system to the other. integration of the two would be great.

Reliability

Seems to always work.
It's pretty fast.

Integration

  • Linkedin if it's possible.
Not sure.

Vendor Relationship

I was not involved in the sales process.
