Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is being used across the department. We are a small business and everyone uses it to see varying projects - clients - etc. It addressed many communication problems for us by allowing us to see things on the same plain. It has been a useful tool in this area. Before we really struggled in this area and now we are more informed with our tasks and communication.

  • Views, sometimes I don't like how the menu is set up
  • Mobile app - this could be improved
  • Email syncing is clunky in my opinion
  • Faster lead conversion.
  • People work better and easier!
  • We are able to see what is going on.
Syncing and automation. Having a dedicated person to run this is key. How you want to show your information is important so looking at customization is a big first step. Basically you want to know what you want to see - determining that and investing a lot of time in that is important.
