Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to track our sales process and track incoming leads and the progression to a sign up. We only use it in our sales and marketing team. It ensures no leads are dropped and are contacted regularly.
- Managing a task list - it is simple to track your tasks on Insightly to ensure no steps are missed
- Reporting on the progress - we use pipelines to track our leads and the reporting system allows us to track movement
- Centralising our database - All our contacts are in the same place with a description of services they've shown an interest in or bought
- Forcing information to be inputted would ensure nothing is forgotten e.g must add tag or a reminder to add a pipeline
- Reporting - great for a snapshot but not so good for retrospective reporting - we actually have an extensive report we update weekly to input information from Insightly
- Paying per user - for small companies it doesn't help if we want to start bringing in other team members as it is too expensive
- Bulk editing - there needs to be more options for this feature on all elements e.g. tasks, opportunity and contacts
- Exporting and importing - it's odd that the export you do from Insightly can't be easily uploaded to another Insightly account
- Faster lead conversion
