Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly has proven its immense value on numerous occasions. When it comes to customer service, it really is the engine upon which our business functions. In addition, it's incredible ease to integrate with MailChimp, Google, and QuickBooks, as well as its extreme user-friendliness, has combined to create a product that is very much greater than the sum of its parts. I strongly recommend this program to anyone looking for an outstanding CRM program.

Even though I have not evaluated or used other CRM program's I will say that I have never felt the need to do so, mainly because every time I needed something to be done, Insightly was more than capable of addressing the issue. My business is extremely satisfied with everything that we have received from Insightly.
This program is extremely well suited for handling all forms of customer contacting. Whether it is with SMS, phone, or email, the task sets are incredibly easy to use, as well as are very effective in making sure that nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to maintaining relationships with customers.
