Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is mainly used by me, as the office manager. I take down all the orders we get in and therefore am in charge of updating all our client information in Insightly. Insightly is used by all departments of our company. It gives us a great overview over our thousands of clients and helps us keep track of each client's order with us.
- Excellent product to keep track of your client's information (all in one place.) Additional features like being able to add your own fields/boxes to each contact and organization is a huge bonus that has come in handy for our business.
- Being able to add tags to each contact/organization is a huge plus. Makes it easy to keep track of contacts/organization.
- Tasks! We love tasks over here in our business. We recently started using tasks and assigning tasks to individual employees and it has been a huge relief to how things were done in the past. Things get done much faster now thanks to tasks!
- I can't think of any features that I think are hard to use, missing functionality or things that I think could be done differently.
- Improved efficiency
