Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly mainly in the sales department. It allows us to store all leads, to store all actions made with prospects/clients and to schedule future tasks. As a general manager it allows me to follow the commercial actions of my sales team and to attribute actions to each one. When a sales employee quits the company it's easier to work on his files and transfer them to someone else.

I think Insighlty allows us to optimize our prospect database, to follow prospects for more than 2 years and transform some of them to clients. The task management with the team is much more efficient.
