Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
As a small startup with specific CRM needs, we would highly recommend Insightly! Our customer service specialist, Katy, was fully available and went above and beyond to assist us with our beginning stages. We were able to quickly upload all integrations and have started using Insightly as our primary CRM tool. Insightly is an affordable, user-friendly solution for a variety of companies with specific needs. I highly recommend it!
- Insightly offers a Customer Service Specialist with scheduled training sessions. This helped us quickly resolve any issues and provide comprehensive training for other associates.
- Insightly allows customers to post on their review board with requests for an updated platform. We have submitted any desired edits in the platform and have already seen responses!
- Insightly integrates with QuickBooks, mailchimp, and our contacts to quickly ingest all necessary information.
- We definitely need to connect to the team OneDrive on Insightly, it currently only allows us to connect to our own personal OneDrive accounts.
- Increased Sales
- Improved efficiency
- Streamlined business processes
We have just started utilizing Insightly, but it has already allowed us to create a customized and efficient workflow for our sales.
Insightly is definitely less costly and still provides all needed services compared to Sales Force.
