I have had experience with other tools and the Insightly support is far better than my experience with the other tools. Support and training are critical when it comes to the adoption of a new tool within an organization. Insightly very much values their partnerships and solicits client feedback on a regular cadence when planning for future product enhancements and releases.

The tool is also simple and easy to use!

Insightly can stand on the same line with these other powerful crms. I selected insightly because they are a great value CRM with all the features from the big competition in terms of customisation. They are a powerful software that keeps up with the Joneses but does it at a lower price point.

Salesforce was always confusing to use, and quite a mess. Companies that I worked at in the past had to invest a significant amount of time creating a Salesforce portal or skin to actually make it usable by the sales representatives. Even then, integration was always a bit dicey. I prefer insightly.

Insightly has far more modern applications than GoldMine. It allows for more customizations. Our reports are nicer looking and it seems much more user friendly. Insightly also seems to be more than just sales focused. GoldMine seemed to really be geared more towards a sales staff. Insightly has more capabilities for our future needs as well.

I've used Google Keep to make to do lists and to keep notes of tasks I need to complete. It's basically just a sticky note system so to use something like insightly is much better and I am less likely to encounter any issues such as missed tasks as I get a reminder to do things

There is no way to compare Insightly with Smartsheet because Insightly has everything the other doesn't. As Smartsheet users, we would always find ourselves stuck on a page due to "congestion" on their server. With Insightly, several people can have the same project open and be currently working on it without keeping any new data from being processed. Insightly is the best on the market!

i think insightly is more user friendly and more interactive in many areas that surpass the competition, My Salesforce lacked adequate training to be able to give a concise comment of the inner workings of the program. So it would unfair to have full comparisons , but insightly surpasses any crm i have used yet.

Inisghtly offers everything the bigger products offer but with an affordable price. Instead of getting lost or overwhelmed, Insightly is as big as you want it to be. Nothing is wasted or not appreciated.

1- Custom field options are more enhanced in insightly. 2- Integration with google drive and Gmail is in a clear listing. 3- Conversion of leads into the opportunity gets connected with the contact. It helps data stay in line in contrast to having scattered in other CRMs. 4- Adding comments in tasks can be summarized instead of adding notes with deals in other CRMs.
