Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly across our sales organization both internally and externally. This allows us to sync our efforts and increase efficiency with time and resources. This allows all users easy access to customer information and to see real-time into the sales cycle process without needing information pulled or pushed to them by another teammate.

- A mobile app that allows field sales to access information remotely
- Single point of information gathering and storage for customer opportunities
- The mobile app needs work. It frequently freezes up and has to be closed and re-opened.
Insightly has allowed us to streamline our business process and allowed us to see deficiencies in our best practices. Insightly has brought to the fore-front the conversation needed to allow us to step forward as a company with regards to a centralized contact management, new best practices, increased customer touches, improved efficiencies, therefore allowing us to increase our sales growth.
The ease of use and expandable feature along with a good mobile app made it easy for us to choose Insightly.
