Intacct
Overall Satisfaction
Intacct is being used by the Accounting Department as well as all our program and project managers. All transactions are recorded in Intacct and it's our main source for financial reports.
- Easy to use and learn. easy to create POs, apply invoices, pay invoices.
- Entering invoices might take longer than expected because it defaults to all lines to be converted and we have to zero out line that we are not converting.
- Entering invoices could be a time consuming task and we would like to minimize the time we will need to spend on easy tasks like this, but overall it's been a great experience.
- We replaced QuickBooks with Intacct about a year ago and we have been pleasantly surprised so far. It is easy to use and we can get much more financial information in reports that we ever did with QuickBooks. This is extremely helpful when you work for a growing company, especially since in one year we have grown from 40 employees to over a 100. We are still working on customizing it to fit our needs, but Intacct is helping us along the way.
Intacct is far better than QuickBooks and we are happy we made the switch.
