Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

Intacct is our financial software. I've used different softwares at previous companies, but Intacct has been my favorite because of the ease of finding invoices in A/P and A/R. And the search and export functions really do make my job much easier.

Pros

  • Search Functions for A/P and A/R Invoices
  • Ability to Export any information
  • Simplicity of creating invoices, journal entries and payments received

Cons

  • Selecting a Vendor for an A/P invoice is sometimes difficult.
  • Intacct is quick and easy to use.
Intacct works well for us. We see no reason to change from a perfectly good software.
Intacct works well for my company, but we are a software company and processes are cut and dry for us.
