Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Intacct is used specifically by our accounting department, as well as executives and assistants in each of our departments. Intacct helps with tracking expenses, revenues, etc., visually, and is customizable based on the needs and desires of each department.
- Customer Service is really great. They help you figure out issues, while encouraging you to find the solution on your own.
- Dashboards are super helpful for each deparment/ministry to understand and read their individual budgets.
- The AP process of Intacct is great for tracking purposes, and very intuitive.
- The overall system is great for being able to see where each individual transaction/amount comes from.
- Dashboards are difficult to set up at first.
- The reporting capabilities are endless, but that complicates things on the setup end of things.
