Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

We primarily use Intacct to track accounting functions for our government contracts.
  • It allows ease of use for the non-accounting employees.
  • User interface is simple, yet complex. It is easy to find useful information quickly.
  • It makes billing customers much easier by tying the timesheets, employee expenses, and other purchasing transactions to the project or contract.
  • When generating an invoice, there is no simple way to print or get employee expense reports.
  • When an employee submits an expense report and it has been approved, they can still recall it. This causes problems when reviewing expenses for invoicing and it is included, then it is not included when you go to generate the invoice.
  • It has improved business processes within the company.
The ease of use for all users makes this an excellent program. Intacct simplifies many processes that used to be very time consuming. The addition of dashboards and board books increases visibility for project managers and others on the management team.
