Overall Satisfaction with Intellum

Intellum is currently being used as our organization-wide learning management system. That includes supporting 40 staff members, over 10,000 members, and over 1000 volunteers. We use the LMS to get essential, general, and role-specific education into the hands of our constituents.

Pros

  • Create online modules/content.
  • Monitor and track usage and completion rates.
  • Customer service.

Cons

  • My only suggestion would be for a better interface for hosting online events.
  • It has democratized our educational content, allowing us to reach infinitely more members than we would have with only in-person events.
It wasn't ideal for our virtual conference, though as I said, this could be because of the way we used it, the support during the conference was best-in-class.
Intellum is very well suited for online, asynchronous learning through virtual modules. While I'm certain we didn't use it to its full capacity, it didn't go as well for a virtual conference.
