Overall Satisfaction with Intellum

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a franchise organization, we currently use two different instances of Intellum. One instance for all of our employees, and the other instance for our franchisees and their teams.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Intuitive user and admin experience.
Variety of customization options.
In-platform content authoring.
Client/Customer support.

Cons

Missing or needs more AI/Machine Learning.
Difficult to consolidate ongoing training with ad-hoc/annual renewals without duplicating content (i.e. new hire vs. annual compliance training).

Return on Investment

No measurable impact at this time, but that is due to turnover in our own organization.

Alternatives Considered

Workday Student, Absorb LMS, SumTotal Talent Development and Cornerstone OnDemand

More customizable interface and in-platform content authoring.

Exceptional Examples of Intellum Support

Consistently feel our client/customer contact is always available to support and offer solutions. They are very responsive. Additionally, the customer help desk/support team also responds quickly, thoroughly and is very friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for small to mid-size organizations and organizations that need customized/branded sites for different audiences. May not be robust enough for extra large organizations (i.e. 200,000+ employees) with complex needs.
