Yes - Pre DB Fiscal and then EMR
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - Vitera Greenway staff only wanted to work exact hrs on contract regardless of where implementation was, done , up or broken, had to heavily discuss to get help esp. when product didn't live up to sold expectations for NYS.

Some people are exceptional but you can not always get them. It stinks they don't provide an email and phone number so you can reach out to them.
