Overall Satisfaction with iObeya
We now have rooms that have summaries of all active projects within the program, and we have tactics outlined for each personal plan. We have created different levels for different client boards, with the most informative scoreboard featuring work on personal projects that team members may require.
- Easy to use, reliable, the ioBeya team is really professional and quick to respond.
- Easy to install and grip, with a nice clean and organized feel.
- Sense of ubiquity when you need to simultaneously manage remote teams working on the same project.
- Some aspects of API integration can be improved
- For the platform administration, I would like to have more possibilities like exporting the list of room administrators.
- The use of synchronized maps with an associated color code that facilitates detailed and/or global visual management
- We've managed to create visual representations of our backlogs, goals, teams, and give each team the opportunity to use whiteboards on the go.
- The same information visible to everyone at the same time, the efficiency of collaborative work even asynchronously
