Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
ION is used across all of our publications as the front end of our subscription process. It acts as our landing page builder for presenting our subscription options to potential customers.
- Pretty intuitive with drag and drop functionality. After some basic training, just about any user can start laying out pages.
- Also has the ability for further customization, for users who have front end development experience.
- Does a great job of integrating with third party APIs, which is essential to our process.
- The basic training can be rough for users who are starting from scratch, and it can take a little while to get a hang of it - but not necessarily any more than I would expect from similar tools that allow so much customization.
- As an integrated piece of our strategy for converting on-site visitors, I would say it has had a positive impact. It definitely meets our business objectives.
