Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL Light for remote access to customer desktops when clients need help setting up our desktop banking app, helping resolve issues (lost data, access problems, etc.), or just a walk-through when required.

ISL Light does what we require from it. I am certain we do not utilize its full potential as we do not really need it.

ISL Light serves its required purpose really well. It is fast and efficient and perfectly meets our requirements. As such, we can only recommend it. We are, however, not the most demanding user, as we really only require it to access a desktop remotely and have the session recorded for revision purposes.
