Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have recently started using iSpring again. We used it in the past but had let our subscription end. This product is well worth the money. We use it a lot to convert PowerPoint presentations to Scorm for our LMS. We also use it to create training for our LMS. The support by iSpring is AMAZING! They are so responsive. I've never had a group help so quickly and efficiently. We are VERY happy with this product.

We had problems with the product not loading audio from a PowerPoint presentation that had both audio and visual pages. The technical team at iSpring helped us figure out our problem within the day. We had a second problem where audio from our presentation had two different audio voiceovers on the same page. Again, the iSpring support team helped us within the day. They are an amazing support team.
