Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

We are using Iterable for all of our consumer emails. This includes our direct to consumer emails and also users who have purchased a packaged good product in a retail setting. We are a small digital marketing team so we needed a solution that was easy to use for all sides of the business including our B2B lead nurturing and follow-ups.

Pros

  • Easy segmentation
  • Flexibility to use templates or code your own emails
  • Easy to use APIs

Cons

  • Reporting has some room for improvement but they are working on it
  • Easy to implement behavior-based email triggers
  • Less time coding and developing emails
  • Incorporating our sales data is easy
I think it terms of the newer email marketing platforms Iterable is the best. I had used the older clouds in the past and Iterable is a complete game changer. allows us to send better-personalized emails faster.
Iterable is great for a small team of email marketers. They have easy to understand documentation and support that can easily be reached. Also, the drop and drag segmentation has made my job easier.
