Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
We are using Jamf Pro across the organization for all Mac users. It allows us to manage the computers in a great way while still giving the end users a good, empowered, experience. Self Service is a great tool for both end users and local it technicians. We can let end users run reinstalls and download new applications and technicians can get access to more advanced functionality.

Parallels Mac management - Feels clumsy and old compared to Jamf. Better off with a management system built for Mac then a PC management system that kind of works for Mac
