JazzHR plays a significant role in our recruiting process. We use it to syndicate job postings to relevant job boards, manage applicants, and manage the full interview process. Features like the ability to require applicants to answer questions as a requirement during the beginning of the application process help us to weed out low-quality applicants very quickly. My team can easily store notes for any candidate that they interview and it provides a centralized place to store all of the interactions so that everyone has access to the history of each applicant.
