Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR

We use JazzHR for year-round hiring, for all positions. A few individuals on our hiring team use it, not the entire organization. It has helped organize our efforts and has helped get our listings out to a much broader audience. It has also helped us save historical information from previous candidates and from previous postings.

  • Better posting to LinkedIn
  • Don't like the color (purple)
  • much faster to post and review candidates
  • much faster to communicate to candidates
JazzHR has better customer support and more features. It's also nice to have a trial first, then move into a purchase immediately.

JazzHR is well suited for an organization that has not used an ATS previously, and for organizations who hire 10+ new team members each year. It is potentially not well suited for a very large organization.
