Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
We use JazzHR for our hiring pipelines for all open roles across the company. HR has the heaviest use of the platform, but we do allow certain hiring managers visibility into their jobs / ability to vote on candidates as well.
- Applicant tracking
- Integration with company website + HRIS
- Smooth interface
- User friendly
- Customer service / support from Account Manager is sometimes lacking
- Some reporting features are helpful, but this portion of it could be a little more robust/easy to use
- Time savings
- Pipeline organization
