Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE

We currently have partially implemented the Advising in Jenzabar ONE. It is so easy to see the advisees, their history, what is needed to complete degree requirements. As long as the trees are set up correctly, degree audits are much simpler. Highly recommend this product and Jenzabar overall. I've worked with this company since 1998.

  • Great to see student full academic history

Cons

  • I would like to see some additional filters in advising to pull up advisees, but overall - great
  • I would like to know how to see students on LOA
  • Clears space on server for other applications used by other departments
  • Faculty can see their info which saves them time

Degree audits have been such a manual process for so many years. Now you can print out the advising tree showing if the student has met requirements and if not, which courses are still needed at one glance. So timesaving once it is set up correctly. That is the key.

I need to be able to see students even while they’re on LOA.
