Jira Software tool review from QA perspective
Overall Satisfaction with Jira Software
We use it in our entire organization. It addresses the needs of multiple departments with use of multiple projects along with the handling of defects and upcoming projects.

- Negative - training users to be able to use it (could be more user friendly).
- Project management a plus to large projects.
- Alerting enables.
In QA, I would like QA test case section but that being said the ability to use Confluence and customize sets Jira Software apart from the competition.
