Overall Satisfaction with Jira Software
JIRA is used across the entire org, as work item management tool. Each department has its own projects and boards, processes and assignees. It is actually holding the day to day work of the team, allows for sharing, tracking and planning. It is sometimes cumbersome though but most employees already know it.

JIRA had mant more options, and a grow-as-you-go model in which we did not had to manage the service.
