Overall Satisfaction with Jobber

It creates a smooth progress from request to closing the sale to scheduling and invoicing. This used to be our biggest pain point, and now it is clear in one system for both clients and employees. Instead of multiple programs, we now use one program which makes it super easy

Very easy to use and very easy to explain when training new employees. Also for client it is easy to request new cleans and all info about their cleans by using the link for their client hub. Overall a very easy program to use and would highly recommend it to all people
Jobber is a one stop for all program and a lot easier in usage. It is a lot more streamlined and everything is way more transparent for both the clients and employees. Time tracking is also very accurate and gps is also tracked which makes it very nice. Client also has the chance to confirm their cleans which makes it easier as well

For employees who are on the roads it is an ideal system. It can be accessed anywhere at any time which makes things extremely clear. It would be less suited if the business only has employees in an office with everyone being at the same location all the time every day
