Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is used across the company for sales, recruiting and HR to track applicants, client notes and HR information. It pulls reports for metrics, evaluations and is tied to our clients for VMS accounts.
Pros
- JobDiva has several capabilities making it easy to track, document important information along with setting up reminders for follow up; which is key to the success of a recruiter.
- Effortlessly tracks notes from your email into JD without having to toggle back and forth.
- If a harvest is written well (key to success); has a great outreach to several candidates to efficiently connect with the right candidate.
Cons
- If someone would like to no longer be part of an email merge - it would be nice to for the recipient to click a feature and have it done automatically versus the company to search and fill out the feature.
- A feature for someone that has moved but still wants the contact to update automatically in the system versus manually going back to update - give the candidate the option.
- I use a combination of tools but have had several hires on JobDiva and looking back on notes refreshes my memory; in addition to creating hotlists - key.
- It's a great combination in addition to LIR.
