Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use JobDiva as our applicant tracking system and CRM. This is where we log all candidate intakes, log submittals, document candidate's personal and contact information, and upload their onboarding documents, such as W-4 and I-9. We also document all client meetings here as well as reference checks, etc. It is a very user-friendly platform and everyone across our large age range uses it with ease.

  • The user interface could be made to look a bit more modern
  • The speed of results when identifying candidates
  • Have all candidates pop up in search when either just a first name OR last name is searched
JobDiva is perfect for midsize companies with a wide range of employee ages. It is so easy to use and does everything you need for effective applicant tracking, candidate documentation, and client relationship management. I really like how it can link the candidate's LinkedIn accounts! Great platform.
