Pros

Simple setup
Easy to integrate with cloud storage to collect entries and file uploads
Easy to customise and re-brand
Can set file size limits on uploads which was useful

Cons

Would be nice to be able to turn off file storage when integrated with cloud storage to avoid running into storage limit

Return on Investment

Enabled simple collection of entries and smooth collation of uploads which saved a lot of manual organisation time

Usability

Simple to use, good info and tooltips for help, easy interface, not over-complicated. And good integration with cloud services that wasn't hard to implement.

Support Rating

Haven't had to directly use their support but the help docs, etc. have done the job, so I suppose that's a good answer.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for collecting files that are connected to an entry, especially when you want to link them to something like OneDrive.
