Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I use Jotform to build forms for other organizations. Its conditional logic is robust enough for most of the forms I am asked to build. It has decent support for multiple languages, including writing forms in rtl languages.

Pros

  • Conditional logic, including decisions based on calculated answers
  • Localized forms with support for multiple languages
  • HIPPA compliant forms
  • fully responsive, seamless embedding into web pages

Cons

  • improved support for rtl languages in PDF builder
  • streamlined process for assisted functions such as transferring forms to another account
  • improved collaboration on forms and related elements such as PDF builder
  • Overall positive

Jotform provides most of the features I expect from a form builder.
Jotform support is generally very helpful and easy to work with.
Jotform shines on forms with conditional logic that will be embedded into a web page. In my opinion, it lacks a robust collaboration environment where multiple users can work on a form, or different elements of a form. PDFs for forms in a rtl language can only be produced with the question to the left and answer to the right.
