Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I love their forms and how reliable they are to use. The builder is very intuitive and very flexible. It is easy for clients to fill them out as well.

- Love the free accounts
- Lots of options to pick from for services
- The cost for a yearly plan if one is only using forms and none of the other services should be much less
- Huge impact
- Made it apparent how users feel about the PMTK
