Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'd never used an online form like this but love how user friendly this program is. Building the form was not only easy, but fun. I'm assisting with the organization of a vintage market and did not want to send hard copies to vendors. This application works perfect for my Vendor's Applications. I've linked it to multiple documents, including my website and sent additional links to individuals via email and they all work great. I'm currently only using the free version but will upgrade as needed.

Cons

I wish there were more options under free version
I wish I didn't have to clear my cache to keep storage available
I wish there was a pay as you go option. I'll only need one form, but might need more that 10 submissions

Likelihood to Recommend

I love the form building program. If costs weren't currently so prohibitive I'd recommend it for all our new client forms--it looks nice and easy to use and looks so professional. Unfortunately, we are currently looking to cut costs, maybe in the future. I'll definitely keep Jotform on my radar to be used in this application.
