Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Jotform is a great tool to conduct polished, professional-looking surveys for our company. Their survey/form builder is easy to use and integrates with many other tools. One of our key use cases is using their audio recording functionality, which is a seamless integration. Currently, our use case is limited to the individual level but Jotform also has enterprise capabilities at higher tiers.

Likelihood to Recommend

Jotform is most suited for Research professionals who collect data via surveys and forms. It is also well-suited for people that are trying out research tools for the first time.

I have not tried their enterprise functionality yet (higher tiers), but Jotform could benefit from more collaborative features and enterprise capabilities.
