Overall Satisfaction with Joule
For us, Joule can be used for creating lots of reports, koi and dashboard. Joule Can also be used to create automations.
Pros
- I think Joule does the Dashboard well
- Workflow based actions and automations
Cons
- In my opinion, Joule has room for improvement with Reporting
- I think Joule has room for improvement with Document management
- In my experience, Joule has room for improvement with Workflow based automation with emails of messages
- In my opinion, a Joule Positive is - reduce workforce
- Also, in my opinion, a Joule Negative is - reduce workforce
