Overall Satisfaction with Joule

I am using Joule for consultants in my organization. Joule can address any issues relating to SAP products. I am using Joule in the SAP Finance area. Recently, for one of my companies in Bulgaria, I wanted some consultation, and Joule answered most of my questions with proper reasons why any solution is being recommended.

Pros

  • Joule answers any queries related to SAP products very well.
  • Joule recommends the SAP standard solution for any given problem.
  • In case urgent help is required, Joule can be referred to as a trusted consultant.

Cons

  • Prompts can improve understanding.
  • Help in understanding the custom code written by the customer.
  • Integration scenarios.
  • Available whenever needed.
  • Can answer country specific SAP standard solutions.
  • Sometimes answers are wrong; always recheck in the system if the recommendation is feasible for your product version.
Available all the time.
Joule is good when it comes to SAP standard solutions.
