Overall Satisfaction with Joule

The Joule is mostly used by our business sections. There were lot of offline queries / data / manual reports that we used to fetch from system and share with our business sections. With Joule- our business users are able to get these queries answered with just a simple prompt. All this with right authorization being in place.

  • Clear summary for each agent available within Joule
  • An easy option to share feedback so that new features can get enabled based on real business scenarios
  • Improved productivity for our business users
  • Faster results enabling users to have required insights in approx 1/3rd of the time they were spending earlier on similar activities
  • 5% FTE reduction per quarter on repetitive tasks
From the initial set up to required authorizations and user profiles, each step has been pretty smooth. Onboarding new users to be able to use the product has been all the way more easier. Totally recommend large size organizations to opt for SAP Joule to help their employees or business users for improved productivity and faster results to their queries.
With our RISE for SAP JOURNEY that is ongoing, SAP Joule has turned out to be a good choice and very much aligned with our organization’s transformation journey. Joule has just worked as a catalyst to fastrack our overall transformation journey and our business users are more adaptive towards this overall change management.

Joule for our business users has been really helpful in getting the required data or insights as and when they need. Dependency on application teams has reduced to a great extent. The authorizations are well managed as well without us worrying stakeholder of a particular LOB getting unauthorised access to some other business sections.
