Overall Satisfaction with Kaltura
We use Kaltura for large scale conferences, such as GTC. Typically these events have upwards of 200k+ attendees

- Provide analytics or reports on attendees
- Expand brand and product awareness
- Allow for mass communication
- Poor customer experience with chatting during events
- Although not measured, may have led to increased sales due to mass awareness of products/services.
Kaltura was the best option given the sheer volume of people we needed to support digitally. Others were better in their own regard, but due to limitations in number of attendees or sessions, Kaltura was the best option.
