Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon

We have been working together for several years now. We rely on the Kameleoon team to help us execute our optimisation strategy. We have a strong relationship and communicate nearly on a daily basis, which allows us to launch several personalisations and tests each month. We operate personalisations as well as classic A/B testing experiences to optimise the performance of our sites and increase the conversion rate of specific KPIs. This constant improvement of the user experience on our site is fully part of the group strategy and we; therefore, share this data with other departments at Renault.

Pros

  • The dedicated team at Kameleoon is efficient and trustworthy.
  • We rely on them to take care of the development and integration of the experiences, which allows us to delegate the operational part in order to focus on the roadmap.
  • The team provides guidance on the projects already active on our sites that might require updating and optimisation, so this relationship is really consultative.

Cons

  • Prioritizing all the projects we are working on can be challenging at times.
  • Because we are launching experiences at a high rate, we have to be flexible with the priority order.
  • Sometimes, some experiences are delivered before other ones that have been in the works for a longer time.
  • A key feature for us is the support Kameleoon provides alongside the actual tool.
  • We 100% rely on our dedicated CSM and the technical team to create our experiences.
  • Another helpful capability for our organization is the simulation feature that lets us preview experiences on our live website and test out the configured KPIs, so we make sure everything works before launching the test.
  • Simulation links are shareable to whoever in our company without any pre-configuration, and this has helped us create more transparency at our company.
  • Kameleoon has allowed us to test features before development and estimate overall uplifts on conversion rates before launching on all countries

One of our favorite capabilities of Kameleoon is that it allows us to customize the user experience by applying modules / widgets that blend into the site as if they were originally a part of it. Kameleoon makes the configuration of these experiences very easy, too.
