We are using Keap across the whole organization to capture leads, run marketing campaigns and track performance of these, nurture incoming leads with relevant nurturing, send weekly updates, our onboarding processes, sales pipeline, and followups, and report to see how different processes are performing. We are able to better measure which pieces of marketing material and campaigns are the most effective and use these learnings to also improve other communication including our website. We can also keep full track of all leads and tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Keap is a lot cheaper and much better value for money. Most of the features found in HubSpot are also found in Keap. As one upgrade with HubSpot to get what should be basic features, it quickly becomes expensive. Keap gives you more without needing to upgrade, and if you need to upgrade, the price jump is not very high.
